Homemade Mac & Cheese

Who doesn’t love Mac & Cheese!? This creamy Mac is so simple and has great, kid friendly flavors.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large pot bring water to a boil. Cook pasta as instructed on package. I used a Rotelle pasta.

In medium sized pot add heavy whipping cream, roasted garlic, pepper, and toasted onion salt. Bring to a boil. Slowly add in cheese selection and reduce heat to low. Stir constantly for about 4 minutes until cheese mixture is thick and smooth.

This step is optional: In skillet pan, add Panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. You can substitute for any breadcrumb mixture here.  Toast breadcrumbs in dry skillet pan over low heat for about 4 minutes.

Drain noodles and pour into a casserole dish. Slowly add cheese mixture while combining.
