This is my favorite dry rub for ribs. It’s easy to double and works well with almost any BBQ sauce. I start by placing some foil on cookie sheet pans. Spray with some coconut cooking spray ( or any cooking spray you have) to prevent sticking. I mix all ingredients in a bowl. I love using the Toasted Onion Salt from Laguna Salt Company and the All-Purpose Rub from 4 Rivers Smokehouse. I purchased both from the Hatchery Marketplace. I use them in so many dishes.
Coat the ribs throughly with the rub mixture. One batch of the rub mixture works for one rack of ribs. Set aside for one to two hours at minimum.

Once ready to cook- preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Place ribs in oven. They will be in the oven for 4 hours. At the two hour mark, pull ribs out and coat with BBQ sauce. I used a Candied Jalapeño BBQ.
Continue to cook for the remaining time. I tend to continue to coat ribs sporadically with sauce as they cook for the remaining two hours.
